At Insignia Hair & Day Spa, we strive to ensure that all our customers leave completely satisfied with our services. We aim to provide high-quality treatments that meet or exceed industry standards. However, we understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a redo within 7 days of your treatment if the quality is unsatisfactory, following the NSW Government Department of Fair Trading service-based business policy. Kindly note that this policy does not apply to change of mind.
Please be advised that gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, we are happy to swap services of equal value or use the credit towards a service that better suits your needs. In case a physical product is faulty, we are always willing to exchange it with a new one.
We always welcome feedback from our customers and value your thoughts and opinions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, which will not be credited to your account for future bookings. Please note that no-shows or cancellations are non-refundable for online deposits, while short-notice cancellations are non-transferable and will not be credited to your account for future appointments.
The same cancellation terms apply when using one of our gift vouchers or packages. Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the voucher or package value.
We urge you to treat our salon gift vouchers as you would cash since they hold monetary value. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and they are non-transferable. Responsibility to keep your gift voucher in a safe and secure place lies solely with you, as the salon cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. If your voucher is lost or misplaced, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund, even if you know the voucher code or serial number.
